March - Saturday 22

Little Rock Zoo - 7:30 am entry: take your photos for the Little Rock Zoo photo contest.  $8 entrance fee or use your zoo membership card.  Leader: Cindy Dawson

The field trip for March is to Little Rock Zoo. The zoo has graciously agreed to allow us access at 7:30 a.m. so we will be able to photograph the zoo animals and birds without the intrusion of other visitors. The Little Rock Zoo photo contest (in part sponsored by AOPC) ends in early April so this would be a great time to take that winning photo! We will meet at the back gate to the zoo at 7.15 a.m. and will collect the entry fee (except for those who are LR Zoo Members) before we go in. The entrance fee is $8.00 per person (if we have a large turnout we may get the group rate of $4.00 per person)

         * See the accompanying article in this newsletter for the rules of the Little Rock Zoo Photo Contest.
